The Underdog

Please tell us a little about yourself:

I am a proud member of The Underdog Roasters family, and co-owner at The Rabbit Punch.

What are you excited to do in Boston?:

I can’t wait to see my friends from all over the world again!

Please list the coffee competitions you have participated in, what year they took place, and your results:

• Hellenic Coffee in Good Spirits 2016 – 1st Place
• World Coffee in Good Spirits 2016 – 1st Place
• Hellenic Barista Championship 2019 – 1st Place

How do you see the coffee industry changing in the future?:

This is the best part of our job! I believe that we are all ambassadors of specialty coffee and we should keep working and dialling in the absolute best result every day, to raise the level of our coffee industry!

Where do you see yourself in five years?:

I would love to see myself with a lovely family, for sure! If we are talking about coffee, this passion is never over!

What are your interests outside of coffee?:

I love free-diving, football, and skateboarding.

Is there anyone you would like to thank or recognize, or who helped you to prepare for the WBC?:

I would love to thank my coach and my friend, Tasos Delichristos; my team and my best friends back at The Underdog and The Rabbit Punch; and of course one of my favorite coffee producers, Jamison Savage for this amazing coffee!
