Hello, I’m Hyeong Yong Jung, the WBrC competitor of South Korea.
What are you excited to do in Boston?:
I am glad to be with the champions from many countries.
Please list the coffee competitions you have participated in, what year they took place, and your results:
Korea Brewers Championship, 2019, 1st Place
How do you see the coffee industry changing in the future?:
It seems that more detailed and partial automation will become more able to cope with climate change.
Where do you see yourself in five years?:
I want to be a judge sitting in front of the competitors.
What are your interests outside of coffee?:
I am interested in exercise and plants.
