What are you excited to do in Boston?:

Meet with old friends from around the world again, and share a fantastic week in the world of coffee.

How do you see the coffee industry changing in the future?:

I think that in terms of quality, the whole value chain is evolving, but we will have to work hard to achieve sustainable production and fair remuneration for producers.

Where do you see yourself in five years?:

I have not planned that far ahead, but I hope to see myself with job stability, contributing what I can to the sector, continuing to make specialty coffee known, and still enjoying coffee.

What are your interests outside of coffee?:

Enjoying life, sport, and travel.

Yes. Jose Sanguiao from Coffee Spirit—my friend, my coach, and a huge part of my world of coffee.
