We are happy to announce that the 2022 Cezve/Ibrik Championship (CIC) will take place at World of Coffee in Warsaw, Poland, from June 23-25. The CIC joins the four World Coffee Championships previously announced for Warsaw—the World Latte Art, World Coffee in Good Spirits, World Cup Tasters, and World Coffee Roasting Championships. We can’t wait to welcome the community of competitors, coaches, judges, and volunteers, to Warsaw in June!
The 2022 CIC Rules & Regulations that will be used in Warsaw have been published. Changes this year contain formatting and clarification updates and edits for consistency across competitions. COVID-19 precautions introduced in 2021 have also been retained in this year’s rule sets. Additionally, these rules formally introduce minimum competitor numbers for Competition Body events.
