Hello! My name is Lisa and I’m Head Barista in one of the most interesting coffee shops in Kyiv, Kashtan Coffee. I have 6 years’ experience in the world of coffee.
What are you excited to do in Boston?:
I want to visit the many specialty coffee shops in Boston, and definitely see the ocean.
Please list the coffee competitions you have participated in, what year they took place, and your results:
I’ve only competed this year in the Ukrainian Brewers Cup, and came in 1st Place.
What are your interests outside of coffee?:
Soccer and biathlons.
Is there anyone you would like to thank or recognize, or who helped you to prepare for the WBrC?:
I would like to thank the entire SCA Ukraine Chapter for their wonderful support, and my lovely husband and coach, Oleksii Fedorovskyi. My workplace “Kashtan coffee” helped and supported me too, the entire way from nationals to the world competition.
