Please tell us a little about yourself: 

I’ve been a member of Sapid Coffee Roasting Co. as a barista trainer for the last three years. I’ve worked as a barista the last 15 years.

What are you excited to do in Boston?:

Compete for the WBrC 2019 of course. Meet friends from all around the world and watch Boston Celtics in action.

Please list the coffee competitions you have participated in, what year they took place, and your results:

1st place at Hellenic Cezve/Ibrik Championship 2016
1st place at World Cezve/Ibrik Championship 2016
7th place at Hellenic Brewers Cup 2017
1st place at Hellenic Brewers Cup 2019

How do you see the coffee industry changing in the future?:

I’m concerned about how climate change will affect coffee production. Of course I see the quality of coffee increasing every year in the future.

Where do you see yourself in five years?:

Still a proud member of Sapid Coffee Roasting Co., with more great things on the horizon.

What are your interests outside of coffee?:

Spending time with my beautiful family and friends, and playing and watching basketball.
