My name is César, I am a Venezuelan living in Panama City. I’ve been working in coffee for the last seven years. I love what I do, and currently opening a new shop in Panama city, Brew Coffee Company.
What are you excited to do in Boston?:
Meet the city and new people. Super exited to be on stage to share my coffee and performance.

2017 World Barista Championship Seoul – 49th Place, Round One
How do you see the coffee industry changing in the future?:
I see it as a luxury, and becoming a more sophisticated industry, with more fair trade, and knowledge.
Where do you see yourself in five years?:
Traveling and expanding my company all over the world!
What are your interests outside of coffee?:
I love to travel, study new things, play football, and create new products.
