I am the Latte Art Champion from Japan. I’ve competed in this competition four times, and have finally finally won! I’d like to win the World Latte Art Championship.
How did you get started in coffee?:
I was impressed with how the baristas behaved.

What are you excited to do while you are in Brazil?:
Samba.
What is the most unusual vessel you have poured latte art into?:
A bamboo.
What is your secret to making great latte art?:
Adjusting how I hold the cup I am pouring into.
What are your interests outside of coffee?:
Horse racing.
Where do you see yourself in 5 years?:
In Kyoto, Japan.
