Sergei Stepanchuk is co-founder of Laboratory Coffee, and a qualified
coffee-roastering specialist, certified judge of
SCA (Specialty Coffee Association), multiple-
finalist and the winner of Russian and international
How did you get started in coffee?:
It was a little coffee shop in 2003, where I started as a barista.

What is your favorite coffee brewing method and why?:
Pour-over method, it gives more opportunity for extraction control.
