Please tell us a little about yourself:
I started working in coffee sales when I joined Yeuan Yeou Enterprise Co., Ltd in 2015. I barely knew any coffee knowledge from the very beginning as a freshman. Revisiting my first experiences of getting to know coffee better is an absolutely wonderful challenge. There are absolutely no words to describe how much I appreciate having the chance to compete in the WCTC this year. I’m really looking forward to having a fun time with all of the competitors soon!
How did you get started in coffee?:
The first motive for me to start learning about coffee was simply to sell the product. As it turns out I’m deeply in love with coffee now.

2017 Taiwan Cup Tasters Championship – First Round
2018 Taiwan Cup Tasters Champion
What are you excited to do while you are in Brazil?:
I’m looking forward to visiting several coffee farms to get to know more about coffee culture if possible.
What is your favorite coffee to cup?:
I prefer the flavor of fruity, floral, syrupy, and clean coffee.
What are your interests outside of coffee?:
Chilling out on the beach, scuba diving,… etc.
Where do you see yourself in 5 years?:
I want to learn more about green coffee as much as I can.
Is there anyone you would like to thank or recognize, or who helped you to prepare for the competition?:
First of all, I’m deeply grateful for all of the support my coach Henry has given over many years. He is so generous to our coffee community and always shares great opportunities with us.
