Please tell us a little about yourself:

I am passionate about the world of coffee, I live by and for it. I work in a coffee roastery as a quality manager in Zaragoza, Spain.

How did you get started in coffee?:

I started in the coffee world by chance, as I wanted to experience new fields in the world of restoration and found this world so exciting, that I now feel so accomplished.

Please list the coffee competitions you have participated in, what year they took place, and your results:

2018 Spanish Cup Taster Champion
2014-2016 & 2018 Spanish Latte Art Champion
2017 International Barista Champion

What are you excited to do while you are in Brazil?:

I would like to visit coffee farms, do some sightseeing around the city, and enjoy the company of the other baristas.

What is your favorite coffee to cup?:

The ones I haven’t tried.

What are your interests outside of coffee?:

I don’t have them, I live for coffee.

Where do you see yourself in 5 years?:

Training future coffee professionals, and helping new generations to develop professionally in this sector.

I would like to thank my colleagues at Cafés El Tostadero, especially Andrea, Luis and Jesús, Mocca Master, Mare Terra, and Complementos del Café.
