Born in 1978 in Poland. Major in I/O and political Psychology at Jagiellonian University in Kraków, Poland. Working since 1999 as a sensory expert and R&D supervisor at Consonni (multi-brand, slow food-recommended producer of high-value-added pastries, cakes, ice cream, bread, and coffee).
Green coffee buyer and roast master for Coffee Grange and Consonni. Creator of leading coffee roaster brands in Poland and abroad. Coffee quality and roasting consultant.
Q Instructor, Certified Arabica and Robusta Q Grader, SCAA Certified Lead Instructor. WCE Certified Judge. Member and judge for Cup of Excellence. Past Chair of the Coffee Roasters Guild. Lead of the Coffee Roasters Guild Sustainability Committee. Current member of the SCA’s Board of Directors.
