How did you get started in coffee?:
In 2010 I started out in a small café in Zürich named Zam Park. Then I moved over to Milchbar, with the chance to learn from Nina Rimpl (Head Barista), and took over her position from 2016-2017 as Head Barista. From there I became Head of Coffee for Auer&Co. and Kraftwerk from 2017-2019. Since 2018 I’ve been a Roaster at Henauer Kaffee.

What are you excited to do in Berlin?:
Discover and exchange coffees.
What is your favourite coffee to cup?:
No favorite, I just love all coffees.
What are your interests outside of coffee?:
My Kids; Nica, 6 years; Vito, 4 years. Soccer, movies, reading, and cooking.
Where do you see yourself in five years?:
As a green coffee trader, and Q grader.
