Please tell us a little about yourself: 

I am a Food Engineer, and 32 years of age. I work both in the milk and coffee industries. At our family farm, we produce a very special coffee and we have Jersey cattle for our cheese production. I enjoy most of my time at the coffee farm and at our coffee shop.

What are you excited to do in Boston?:

Meet all the other coffee professionals.

Please list the coffee competitions you have participated in, what year they took place, and your results:

Honduras National Barista Competition 2019 – First place.

How do you see the coffee industry changing in the future?:

As a producer, climate change is really challenging, and every year becomes more of a Pandora’s Box.

Where do you see yourself in five years?:

A coffee professional, working around the world.

What are your interests outside of coffee?:

Cheesemaking, restaurant service, and cooking professionally.
