I’ve spent 10 years in the coffee and alcohol industry. I’m completely passionate about the multiple combinations and creativity you can have with these two products.
How did you get started in coffee?:
I didn’t understand the coffee machine, so I got more information about it and fell in love with it.

2016 French National Coffee in Good Spirit – 4th Place
2018 French National Coffee in Good Spirit – 1st Place
What are you excited to do while you are in Brazil?:
Learn about Brazilian culture by living their culture
What was your first amazing experience with coffee?:
My first coffee training.
Besides your own competition drink, do you have a favorite cocktail?:
Old fashioned.
What coffee-producing country most interests or excites you?:
Kenya.
What are your interests outside of coffee?:
Energy, philosophy, and physics.
Where do you see yourself in 5 years?:
My own boss in a large company (barista/bartender/events)
