I’ve worked in coffee for 10 years. Most recently I’m a barista trainer, unemployed freelancer, and competitor.

How did you get started in coffee?:

Accidentally! It was supposed to be a summer job.

Practice, practice and practice. Oh, and did I mention practice?

What are your interests outside of coffee?:

Football.

Where do you see yourself in 5 years?:

Making better coffee.
