THE COFFEE MAN follows 2015 World Barista Champion Sasa Sestic from Ethiopia, the birthplace of coffee to Seattle, USA, the home of the specialty coffee movement and host of the 2015 World Barista Championship. The film is an intensely personal, observational documentary that will have you biting your nails, standing up and cheering; and wishing that you, too, could experience Sasa’s Holy Grail: the perfect cup of coffee.
